| Registration for Midget Football will be Tuesday and Wednesday August 4th and 5th from 4-6p.m. at Hazen City Hall. Equipment will also be handed out at this time so please bring your child. Scheduling:
The Parks & Recreation
Department reserves the right to adjust schedules when necessary. If changes are
made, those registered will be notified. | ||||
Refund
Policy: Participants will
receive a full refund if program is cancelled due to lack of participation or
facilities or qualified instrcutors orthe program has not officially begun. All
refunds will be issued iin the form of a check and will take about 7 business
days. No refunds will be given once the program has started! | ||||
Insurance:
The Parks & Recreation Department does not carry medical or accident insurance
for participants. We suggest that you review your family's personal health insurance
plan to be sure that it provides you with sufficient coverage. | ||||
| Inclement Weather: The inclement weather policy is for the Baseball/Softball Program and all other Programs except the Swimming Pool. If inclement weather is in the area or passed through the previous evening, listen to the local stations KHOL and KFYR for cancellation information. The
Baseball/Softball Program weather decision will be made by 8:00 a.m. for the morning
sessions and at 12:00 noon for the afternoon sessions. Cancellations can be heard
on KHOL and KFYR radio stations. | ||||

Shelter Reservation Policy: To reserve a group picnic shelter in Heritage,
North Star II ($10.00 fee), or Riverside Parks for family reunions, company picnics,
etc. contact the Hazen City Hall office at (701)748-2550. | ||||
